AMAZONAS Tierra Indomita

No part of the world has as many natural beauties joined together as the Amazon Jungle, directly related to the Indigenous population and its large variety of Fauna and Flora, that live together in a perfect state of equilibrium. Puerto Ayacucho, the capital, is the youngest city in Venezuela, and it is our point of departure of our tour. The Amazonas state, with its difficult relief conditions doesn’t have access by land ways, but the nature has endowed it with a large quantity of waterway, (100% navigable throughout the year, especially the Brazo del Casiquiare natural canal that join Rio Orinoco with Rio Amazonas and the rest of South America). We invite you to know the Venezuelan Amazon and its exciting natural beauty through our Adventure Tour to Cerro Autana.

Day 1: Our tour starts in Puerto Ayacucho. We arrive by car to Puerto Samariapo, where we start our boat trip on the proud Orinoco River, entering Rio Sipapo, one of his tributary. At lunch time we stop for a pic nic at the bank of the river. In the afternoon we continue our navigation and we enter Rio Autana, where we will stay for the night in a Piaroa native community just at the border of the river.
Day 2: We continue our navigario till we arrive at the Raudal de Ceguera (small falls). Afer lunch we start our hike of 4 hours to “El Mirador”, the closer point to the Tepuy Autana, where we will enjoy the best view of this magic table mountain. After our hike back we will spend the night close to the Raudal de Ceguera.
Day 3: We navigated back to Puerto Samariapo and drive back to Puerto Ayacucho.
